yoummday is one of the leading providers in the field of customer experience. The company was founded by Klaus Harisch, known as the man behind the 11880 directory assistance service in the 1990s; the name yoummday stands for “You Made My Day”.

As part of a website relaunch, we took on the strategic reorientation of the brand, the translation into a UX/UI design and the technical implementation including content management. The tight time frame was a particular challenge: There were only five weeks between kick-off and go-live. Thanks to close coordination with yoummday, the relaunch was successfully implemented in this sprint.
