For the City of Munich, we translated complex topics into clear, easy-to-understand video formats—ranging from urban development to talent acquisition. In the fall of 2020, following a call for proposals by the City of Munich and PlanTreff München, we were awarded the contract to produce a nearly seven-minute explainer video on the new high-rise study. Together with the client, we developed the concept and handled the entire production in-house: from the initial idea, storyboard, and script to organizing filming permits and shooting the footage. The audio was recorded in collaboration with a partner, and in post-production, we integrated animations and music to create a cohesive final film. The result presents the content of the high-rise study in a way that is both easy to understand and entertaining, making the information clearly accessible to the public.
We also supported the city in the areas of employer branding and recruiting: On behalf of the Department of Education and Sports, we produced a video series for the KITA division as part of its HR marketing efforts. The goal of the campaign is to attract potential professionals to the field and strengthen the employer brand of the city’s daycare centers. To achieve this, we authentically captured the day-to-day work at the facilities and highlighted it through professional insights into job roles, teams, and the benefits of working there. In addition, we produced social media snippets to promote the videos across various channels. The results are available on YouTube (Kindergarten, Haus für Kinder, Hort, and Kooperativer Ganztag) and enhance visibility, attract applicants, and foster a positive perception of the city’s childcare centers.
