rotermund.ingenieure, based in Höxter, specializes in real estate, building management, and facility management. To ensure this expertise is presented professionally online, we redesigned their website and made sure the programming ensures it is responsive across all devices.
In addition, we developed two specialized web portals. FM-Ausschreibung is a platform that offers users the opportunity to learn about tenders in the field of facility management. The fm-benchmarking platform publishes annual reports on key management and analytical metrics for building usage and operating costs—supplemented by additional publications and the option to submit your own metrics for evaluation. For both portals, we handled the technical implementation based on existing designs.
