Proxima Fusion – A fusion energy startup and spin-off of the Max Planck Institute

We handled all event and production management for Proxima Fusion’s opening ceremony in Munich. For approximately 150 guests, we cleared out the factory hall and transformed it into an event venue.
As part of the official opening ceremony on March 11, we integrated a stage, a showroom, a VR station, and a bar into the hall. Among the guests were Dr. Florian Herrmann, Head of the Bavarian State Chancellery and Minister of State for Federal Affairs and Media, as well as numerous journalists and partners. The program included speeches and a panel discussion; as a spectacular highlight, we staged the unveiling of a 9 × 6 m mural during the show.
Proxima Fusion builds stellarators for the energy supply of the future and is the first spin-off of the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics (IPP).
