With 13 locations, the Oberberg Job Center serves a large number of citizens and provides points of contact for a wide variety of issues. The website relaunch was designed to reflect exactly that: a modern, intuitive solution with an optimal mobile user experience and the fewest possible barriers to accessing information and documents.
The focus was on a clear information architecture and an intuitive search for contact persons and locations, since areas of responsibility vary based on factors such as last name and age. We conceived the UX/UI design and technically implemented the website using TYPO3, which is well-suited for precisely this type of complex requirement. In just six months, we created a user-friendly solution that helps citizens find specific information online and prepare for in-person appointments.
