Royal Night is a major gathering of the tuning scene that attracts participants from all over Germany and neighboring countries. For the event, we developed and implemented a stage and visual concept that elegantly and creatively showcases the “Royal” theme and creates a thrilling atmosphere.
Working closely with the team at Berger VT, the stage design took shape step by step—from the initial design through final approval to preparation in the workshop. Special emphasis was placed on the interplay between the design elements and the stage, lighting, sound, and pyrotechnics; we oversaw the on-site setup. In addition, we handled the conception and visualization of stage animations for LED walls that complemented the DJ’s performance. The moving images were developed using modern software to precisely match the provided music file, ensuring that beats, rhythms, and sound dynamics were specifically incorporated and the visuals were seamlessly integrated into the show’s overall concept. Technicians also assisted with the installation and setup of the visual effects on site.
