For DAVIS Pizza & Wine, we restructured the food and beverage offerings and implemented them using a revised menu layout. The goal was to make high-margin products more visible and to strategically increase sales figures using psychological sales strategies.
Working closely with the client, we identified the top-selling items and deliberately highlighted them on the new menu. We also created an editable Word template to serve as a foundation for future updates, simplifying the process of making adjustments. To improve clarity and specifically support sales, we presented food and beverages on separate menus. The design and layout were based on the corporate design and brand identity of DAVIS Pizza & Wine. The result is a visually appealing and strategically well-thought-out food and beverage menu that led to a significant increase in sales of the featured products and was very well received by both guests and employees.
