BMW Group
For the BMW Group, we implement digital communication and marketing measures along central touchpoints – from social media formats in recruiting to the revision of career websites and support for internal communication. Since 2024, we have also been supporting the marketing and further development of the Aftersales Online System (AOS) for independent workshops and translating complex functions into clear, target group-oriented communication.
We designed and implemented a digital Advent calendar as an Instagram story format for BMW Group Career: BMW provided the content, we developed the user interface, the calendar animation and transferred classic Christmas motifs into a modern, timeless design. In addition, Instagram face filters were created for student marketing, including a random filter “Which profession suits me?” and a filter that supplements portraits with matching gadgets for training professions and thus provides a playful insight into job profiles. We also adapted the Czech careers website to the new corporate design – including a complete overhaul, technical implementation, mobile optimization and adjustments to current data protection and cookie requirements.
Since mid-2022, we have been supporting the BMW Group communications team in graphics, moving images, strategy, concept and editing. The spectrum ranges from presentations and key visuals to animated explanatory videos and the organization of international events for the market community – including preparation, follow-up and implementation – as well as editorial support for an internal knowledge platform. The focus is on the consistent implementation of the corporate design, flanked by regular jour fixes and the support of worldwide internal communication around product launches and relaunches.
In the context of the Aftersales Online System (AOS), we have been supporting BMW since April 2024 with the marketing and further development of the platform, which supports independent workshops with repair and maintenance work for BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce and BMW Motorrad. To this end, we developed a key visual and produced an explanatory video with its own story to clearly illustrate operation and core functions. In addition, we designed advertising materials and a multilingual flyer that summarizes the advantages and innovations of the system in a compact form – with the aim of presenting the various functions in a structured way and further strengthening their use in everyday workshop life.
