We won a pitch for an employer branding campaign for the BMW Group Austria and realized all advertising materials in print, online and radio. The aim was to make the jobs at the BMW dealership more attractive for applicants, especially car technicians.

The central design element was the amplitude that ran through all the measures. Each profession was given its own musical character and work tools were staged as instruments. In addition to advertising motifs and out-of-home posters, we developed online banners, including on Spotify, and set them to music. A radio spot on several Austrian stations also drew attention to the campaign.

The career website bmw-karriere.at offers a detailed overview of the individual professions and contains a job market of the respective BMW partners. The technical highlight is the “job alert”: Interested parties can register and are informed by e-mail as soon as new jobs are published in their field of interest.
