In early 2021, Bayernwerk AG developed a comprehensive mission statement for all employees—though initially it existed only as a lengthy text. We took on the task of editing and condensing the text, shortening it where necessary, and developing it into a consistent, clearly structured presentation. We translated the visions and values into appropriate illustrations, tailored to the company’s existing colors and typefaces. The result was a distinctive visual universe featuring Bayernwerk’s heroines and heroes in the so-called “Powerhouse”—and an infographic that brings the mission statement to life visually in the company’s corporate design.
