Adler & Luchs, the optician and hearing acoustics specialist from Neuötting, commissioned MATTER & LØUT to relaunch its WordPress website. As a result, the website has a new look and offers additional digital functions for customers.

As part of the relaunch, an appointment booking tool was implemented and linked to Microsoft Bookings. This allows appointments to be made directly with Adler & Luchs employees; an appointment confirmation is also sent by e-mail. In addition, a “notepad function” was integrated, which can be used to save spectacle frames in order to get a quick impression of the customer’s taste during a personal consultation.
