I love projects where everyone says, “That was surprisingly smooth” – and the client never sees that plans A through M died along the way.
My favourite project moment? When clients say, “We would never have put it like that – but that is exactly what we meant.”
The best part of design is when it does not need an explanation. If someone says, “It just feels right,” the job is done.
In tech, the biggest compliment is when everything runs smoothly in the end – and nobody asks how.
